You have the right to request permanent deletion of your KarmaCV account and all associated personal data at any time.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile (name, email, avatar, hashed password)
- All résumés and their version history
- All cover letters
- Uploaded files
- Recruiter messages sent to you
- Support tickets you created
- Payment history metadata (invoice records may be retained for statutory tax purposes for up to 7 years — Razorpay retains its own records independently)
How to request deletion
- Send an email to Kadam.raj@gmail.com from the address associated with your KarmaCV account.
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email + a brief statement confirming you want your account permanently removed.
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Deletion for Google-authenticated users
If you signed in with Google, revoking KarmaCV's Google permission at myaccount.google.com/permissions will disconnect the account but will not delete your KarmaCV data. To fully delete data, please follow the email process above.
